Durrants will provide the Services to the Client with all reasonable care and skill according to the order confirmation provided by Durrants.
The charges for the Services shall be as set out in Durrants’ order confirmation.
Durrants may vary the amount of any charges upon giving 1 month’s notice.
All charges should be paid by the Client within 30 days of the invoice.
Durrants cannot guarantee that the information provided will be complete, accurate or fit for the Client’s purposes.
All information supplied by Durrants shall be for the Client’s private use and shall not be stored, reproduced, resold or copied without the relevant copyright holder’s consent.
Durrants will only be liable to the Client for direct loss caused by its negligence or deliberate misconduct or deliberate default.
Durrants will not be liable for any loss that is indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise not reasonably foreseeable.
Any changes or additions to the Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing by Durrants.

Access to and use of Gorkana Media Database data on this site or via the Client’s Gorkana login is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out here.
